Please provide your payment information prior to booking your appointment. A $1 charge will be applied to validate your payment method, but this amount will be refunded or deducted from the total cost of your service. Your payment will only be processed after the job is completed to your satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, there may be a small fee only if necessary to cover our administrative costs if any.
Additional Work
Any extra work outside the original scope will need to be agreed upon in writing.

Water Source Requirement
To ensure we can deliver the best service, we will need access to a water spigot that is within reach of the area being cleaned.
